Always wear gloves: You can use white working gloves that you can find at renovation retailers (Home-Depot, Rona, Reno-Depot, BMR) if you can't find either use your winter gloves. 

Keep a distance of 1 meter between you and the customer at all times. When you pick-up the package, the customer needs to put it on the floor and get back up to 1 meter so you can pick it up. When you do the drop off, you put it in front of a closed door or If the client is here you put it on the floor 1 meter from the clients.

Keep your car clean: Make sure to clean your car at least once a day.

1 Pick-up and 1 Drop off

Less than 10KM: 6$

Between 10KM and 20KM: 9$

Between 20KM and 30KM: 14$

1 Pick-up and Multiple Drop Offs (Business Delivery)

Less than 10KM: 1$ for pick up and 5$ per drop-off. 

10KM to 20KM: 1$ for a pick up and 8$ per drop-off.

20KM to 30KM: 1$ for pick up and 13$ per drop-off.

Distance Calculation: We use google maps directions. We pick the shortest distance, without toll, between pick-up and drop-off at the time of the client submission.

Tips: Tips are added electronically by customers at the time of their request. You receive 100% of the tips and will be added to the Pay

How & When do we pay you?: We use Direct Interact to pay drivers. You are considered an independent contractor. Driving with us doesn't affect your others work involvement. We pay you once a week. We calculate all the successful deliveries and we add the tips of the week.

We make payments every Thursday for the week before but most of the time are received earlier. You receive everything by email.
